On the second date, players should arrive 15-20 minutes early for sign in and warm up. Players will use the same tryout number for both dates.
If you do not have internet access, please contact Karen Howell 435-649-7341 for assistance.

ANNUAL PROGRAM FEES, UNIFORMS & DEPOSITS
Annual program fees for the Park City Extreme Club are $1,300 for Full Year players and $900 for Half Year High School players. U-9 teams are $1000. An explanation of fees can be found in the Club’s Parent Information document.
Registration Deposit and Payment Options:
Registration for Park City Soccer Club and Utah Youth Soccer will occur online this year. An
explanation of deposit information and payment options can be found on the Park City Soccer
Club 2009-10 Payment Agreement, which is on the website as a separate document. However,
all payment will occur online. Credit Cards (American Express, Master Card or Visa) are
accepted. Electronic Checks are accepted.
Uniform Fee:
New Players: Each player is responsible for buying their own uniform. Uniforms will be
available at the first team meeting on June 10 for sizing. The Uniform Order form should be
completed at that time. Team Managers will assign jersey numbers for players and submit order
forms for all new players. Estimated uniform cost is $250 per player. This includes two shorts,
two jerseys, socks, bag and warm-ups with a jacket.
Parents are responsible for purchasing extra, lost or outgrown pieces on their own through the
Club Uniform representative. Contact your team manager for more information on ordering
additional uniform pieces.
Scholarships:
Park City Soccer Club offers a limited number of partial and nearly full scholarships, based
strictly on need. PCSC does not offer scholarships based on merit. All scholarship candidates
must complete an application form and priority will be given to those enrolled in the School
District’s free lunch program. No one is guaranteed a scholarship.
A player’s selection to a team will be handled independently of their scholarship request or
needs. A scholarship request will not impact the decisions of the coaching staff.
All Scholarship Recipients will be asked to pay a minimum of $325, which represents the “hard
cost” of their registration. Special consideration may be given if this fee prevents such a hardship
that it would prohibit the player from joining Park City Soccer Club. Payment options are
available. For more information, see Park City Soccer Club’s Scholarship Policy and
Application Form.
To receive a Scholarship Application, or to learn more, please contact the Park City Soccer Club
