2010-2011 Payment Information

ANNUAL PROGRAM FEES:
U9 Team (U9) $1,000
Full Year Team (U10 - U14) $1,275
High School Team (U15 - U18) $ 900
Uniforms: Each player is required to have a PCSC player’s uniform. Uniform costs are in addition to the program fees. Please see the Uniform Order Sheet for more information.
Tournaments: Many teams will participate in tournaments. Most tournament fees and coach reimbursement fees are an additional expense and not included in annual program fees.
PROGRAM FEES PAYMENT OPTIONS :
1. Payment In Full at Registration
As an incentive for payment in full, no service fees or credit card processing fees will be assessed.
2. Installment Plan
· A service fee of $25 (per transaction) will be assessed on both the September and January payments. Members should add $25 per transaction to the fees below in order to determine their installment amounts.
· If a member chooses the Installment plan, they must log on to the Park City Soccer Club web site prior to the due date to pay the amount due in September and January. Player accounts will NOT be automatically charged. The Club will send a reminder by email in early September 2010 and early January 2011 (7days) prior to your due date. Payments processed after the due date may be charged an additional service charge. Player cards can be suspended for failure to complete payment.

*Scholarship payments will differ according to the actual scholarship amount granted by the committee.
*A payment outline is provided on the Scholarship Application.
*All families interested in scholarship assistance must submit an application to the scholarship committee prior to registration.
Refund Policy: Park City Soccer Club is committed to the quality of our soccer program. We require a full year financial commitment from each player in order to insure the financial solvency of each team. Your full year financial commitment to the club allows the club to commit to coaches, fields, camps, training etc. If you or your player decides to withdraw from Park City Soccer Club, no refunds will be granted. In case of a long-term injury or long distance family relocation, a refund will be considered upon written request to the Board of Directors.
