Notice of March 30, 2010 PCSC Annual General Meeting‏

Please note for your calendars, the Annual General Meeting for the Park City Soccer Club has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 30, at 7:00pm at the Trailside Park Offices. Anyone interested is welcome and encouraged to attend the meeting.

For matters requiring a vote, i.e. Board Member election, Changes in Bylaws, etc., each affiliated team (i.e. GU-11, BU-14 etc.) must have in attendance TWO Team Representatives. These representatives shall serve a one-year term and can either be elected by their respected team’s members (1 vote per team player) or appointed by the Team Manager (in the event no representatives are elected).

The Team Manager (**IMPORTANT**) is then required to register the elected or appointed Team Representatives with the Club Secretary, at least 72 hours in advance (by Saturday, March 27 at 7:00pm) of the AGM meeting. If Team Representatives are NOT registered in a timely manner, the affiliated team shall FORFEIT their participatory votes.

If you wish to have a say in voting matters concerning your child, your team, and the Park City Soccer Club, we encourage you throw your name in the hat to become a Team Representative or help elect a Team Representative that best represents you.
