Even with snow on the ground, the game will go on

As the snow and cold hits Park City, a friendly reminder to please ensure your players have several layers of warm clothing with them when attending training or games, including hats/headbands and gloves.

I have been in attendance at trainings and games this fall where players have been without hats or gloves or a reasonable long sleeve layer and the discomfort has been palpable. As you all know, it can get very cold with the wind blowing and the temperature dropping. Games will continue, even with snow on the ground. (Practices will be contingent on the condition of the fields, check with your coach or manager.)

We want soccer to be an enjoyable and safe activity; without proper gear players are distracted and miserable and worst-case the potential for frostbite exists. Please be sure your player shows up to games and practices dressed appropriately and prepared.
