Park City Soccer Club offers functional training opportunities to support those players driven to improve their technical skills. When scheduling makes sense and field space is available, these age-specific sessions will be held in-person. For other times, Functional Training Program Director Paulo Franco has created technical videos for at home individual training -- indoors or out.
During periods where our teams and staff cannot gather to execute training in a collective environment, we need to provide resources for our athletes to continue their development through individual technical exercises, injury prevention, and cognitive development.
