Players interested in applying for financial aid for the 2021/22 soccer year should submit their completed application by Thursday, June 10. Applications submitted after the deadline will be considered only if additional funds are available.
All scholarship recipients should plan to participate in a registration session -- by appointment -- to complete their scholarship contract, set up their payment plan, and order their uniform.
Park City Soccer Club offers need-based scholarships ranging from $400 to $1,000 and, when necessary, provides assistance with the purchase of required uniform kits. In addition to program fees and uniform costs, scholarship recipients may also qualify for assistance with tournament and ODP expenses, providing monthly balances are up-to-date and volunteer hours are completed.

PCSC does not offer full scholarships; all families are asked to cover a portion of the program fees, which may be paid in minimal payments as little as $25 per month, over 10 months

The Scholarship Committee, which is comprised of at least 3 individuals, reviews scholarship applications. Applicants will be informed of scholarship awards prior to registration and will be asked to sign a Financial Assistance Contract. Selection to a team is handled independent of the scholarship process; coaching staff is not aware of an application for a scholarship prior to tryouts.
Upon accepting a scholarship, athletes and families must agree to the following:
All statements in the scholarship application are truthful and accurate
Make an initial payment of at least $125 (UYSA fees) upon registration -- $100 for 2020
Pay the monthly balance on time, according to the payment plan agreement
Have PCSC’s $200 family Volunteer Deposit rolled into their program fees, as part of their 10 month payment plan
Provide 10 hours of volunteer service for Park City Soccer Club
Submit a Volunteer Reimbursement form upon completion of the required 10 hours, detailing their service; at this time, their account will be credited the $200 and their monthly payments will be adjusted
Forfeit their Volunteer Deposit if they do NOT complete 10 volunteer hours (or do not return their form), and may jeopardize opportunities for future scholarships
Abide by the Players’ and Parents’ Codes of Conduct (provided for review at registration);
violation of these codes could result in the loss of the recipient’s scholarship
Remain committed to the team for the entire year; be present for Fall and Spring competition seasons, summer and winter training schedules, and team activities
Be responsive to communications from your Team Manager and Coach
Understand that the cost for replacing lost uniform pieces are the responsibility of the scholarship recipient; players receiving a full uniform kit from the club may be asked to return the kit if they depart from the Club unexpectedly
Should the recipient leave the Club, their name will not be released from the roster to play at another Club until balances are paid in full
