PCSC offers a need-based financial aid program

General Info

The Park City Soccer Club offers need-based financial aid ranging from $203 to $1.122 annually.

  • Uniform kits may also be provided, based on the level of the financial aid award
  • Previous-year recipients need to re-apply each year and the previous year’s attendance, commitment, and completion of volunteer hours will be considered for future awards
  • Additional funds may be available to assist with the cost of travel (out-of-state) tournaments, only if monthly balances are paid and up-to-date
  • Financial aid recipients are responsible for their portion of tournament fees (up to $50) for all tournaments, local and travel
  • The information in the financial aid application is strictly confidential; families will be asked permission to disclose their recipient status to their team coach and manager to facilitate tournament and other assistance.


Eligibility

As a non-profit organization, the goal of the Park City Soccer Club financial assistance program is to assist low-income families or families with extraordinary temporary circumstances. Awards will be made based on the following criteria: 

  • Household income
  • Employment of both spouses or partners
  • Extenuating circumstances, such as medical or family hardships 


Financial Aid Philosophy

Park City Soccer Club is working to promote and develop a broad range of soccer opportunities that enhance character, community, and the love of the game of soccer for local youth. Integrated in this mission is the building of self-esteem, self-confidence, teamwork, respect for self and others, and all the inherent benefits of physical exercise. Park City Soccer Club is committed to:

  • Providing service, charitable support , and education to the community it serves.
  • Providing increased opportunities for children to participate in soccer through financial assistance to those families that have a documented financial need.

AWARDS

To apply for financial aid, click Apply and login to your PlayMetrics account
(you will have created an account if you registered your player for Player Placements.)  The financial aid application can be found by clicking Programs (bottom of screen) and then the Programs drop down at the top of the screen.


Select Financial Aid and the + button in the top right. Fill out the requested information. Reference the Award Levels below.

REGISTER

Level 1

Award of $387 - $529 per participant, based on age of player and corresponding program fees.

  • After required registration fee of $60 + UYSA fees ($86 - $119), payment would range from $79-$108 per month over 10 months (HS age players would be over 7 months)
  • Uniform kits are additional; requests for assistance may be considered
  • U8 Foundation players receive an $203 award, with a required registration fee of $60 + UYSA fees ($13), payments would be approximately $42 per month for 10 months


Level 2

Award of $587 - $802 per participant, based on age of player and corresponding program fees.

  • After required registration fee of $60 + UYSA fees ($86 - $119), payment would range from $59-$81 per month over 10 months (HS age players would pay slightly more over 7 months)
  • Uniform kits are included
  • U8 Foundation players receive an $308 award, with a required registration fee of $60 + UYSA fees ($13), payments would be approximately $31 per month for 10 months

Level 3

Award of $821 - $1,123 per participant, based on age of player and corresponding program fees.

  • After required registration fee of $60 + UYSA fees ($86 - $119), payment would range from $36-$49 per month over 10 months (HS age players would be over 7 months)
  • Uniform kits are included
  • U8 Foundation players receive an $431 award, with a required registration fee of $60 + UYSA fees ($13), payments would be approximately $19 per month for 10 months
