PARK CITY EXTREME CUP
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
July 21 - July 29, 2025
Games Played July 24 - 26, 2025
PCSC MEMBERS: ARE YOU READY?
It's time to sign up to fulfill your Work Deposit Hours!
The Annual Extreme Cup is just around the corner
and volunteer opportunities abound!
Now is your chance to sign up and join in the fun of helping our Club put on one of the biggest and most sought after tournaments - not only in the State, but in the Intermountain West!
Review the field and venue assignments so you can think about what jobs will work best for you and your family. We want to help you maximize your tournament enjoyment and getting your required service hours done for the year.
Early Birds: Like running errands? Loading boxes? Hanging signs & banners? Have a healthy teen who can carry stuff? There are plenty of setup tasks to be done.
The Buddy System: Make it a date! Everything's better with a pal. Sign up together so you can work the concession stand before or after your players crush their opponents on the field!
Feeling Overtime? Work at the Oakley, Francis, or Heber venues and get time & a half for your hours (get your service requirement done in 10 hours instead of 15!) Plus...Polar King and Dairy Keen. Yum! (just sayin'....)
What Goes Up, Must Come Down:
Too stressed to work during the tournament? Then don't miss a minute of the action! The Clean up Crew is for you. There is plenty of help needed when the games are over.
There is something for everyone and it's always more fun when we do it together!

Field Marshal: The job that gets you pitch-side for games
Field Marshals are an essential part of the team. They are the go to people when Venue Coordinators or Referees need assistance with tracking down "lost" or late teams or missing game scores. They assist with tracking and reporting game issues like yellow and red cards or concussions as well as helping Venue Coordinators make sure fields are all in good playing order.
Click Here for a Power Point presentation regarding Field Marshals.
Pre & Post Tournament Tasks: If you want to focus on the games, help before or after the tournament.
Tasks range from deliveries and errands to office work and special projects, with the greatest need being load in of the venue equipment on Wednesday afternoon/evening, July 23, and load out from the venues Saturday evening, July 26. If you have a truck, and especially if you have a trailer, these jobs are for you!
