Welcome to PCSC's Training & Resource Center
Park City Soccer Club is pleased to launch our Training & Resource Center for the benefit of our members. As a Club, PCSC advocates that each individual player should grow and develop at a rate commensurate with their drive and capabilities. In support of that philosophy, we strive to offer opportunities for individual player development.
Our multifaceted training program includes:
PCSC Team Challenge
Birth Years 2014 & Older (U9 & Up)
Our competitive program is year-round and teams are formed by birth year.
Functional Training Programs
Birth Years 2014 & Older (U9 & Up)
- Functional Fridays - Age appropriate group technical sessions available when schedules and facilities make group training sessions feasible.
- Individual technical training videos - Skill-based drills for players interested in developing & enhancing their technique
- Futsal - Indoor, court-based winter training sessions
Fitness & Injury Prevention Program (FIPP)
Birth Years 2014 & Older (U9 & Up)
- FIPP Virtual Training - Step-by-step instruction, for players 13 and older, of the FIFA 11+ warm up and exercise program for players' individual use at home.
Goalkeeper Training
Birth Years 2014 & Older (U9 & Up)
- Age-specific training with Coach Paul Wynn when club schedules and facilities make training sessions feasible.
- Resource Library (articles, videos and discussions regarding Keeper technique, movement, safety and more.
College Advisory Program
Freshman through Senior class members
- A program structured to support our Freshman through Senior class members that desire to play soccer beyond PCSC.
Video Library
- Technical Training. Cross-referenced with the Functional Training and FIPP programs, are additional training and development videos for our motivated players.
- Enjoy the Game. Watching games and highlights is both fun and educational. PCSC provides links to past games worth revisitng.
Soccer Parent Resource Center
- UYSA provides all member clubs and their parents with free online access to the educational content available on the Soccer Parent Resource Center platform.
